Reservation Policy

To guarantee your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking in advance. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Gift certificates may be used in place of a credit card.

All payment information is securely processed and remains confidential. Charges will only be applied as outlined in our cancellation policy.

When scheduling your appointment, please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to products, aromas, or ingredients.


Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other guests.

  • Notice given 24 hours or more in advance: No charge
  • Notice given less than 24 hours: $40 fee
  • No-show: Full charge of the reserved service

Check-In & Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving 10–20 minutes before your appointment to ensure a seamless experience.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time in order to respect other scheduled guests. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled if there is insufficient time to complete the service. Full service fees may still apply.


Personal Belongings & Cell Phone Use

For the safety of your belongings, we recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home. RiverOne Health & Wellness is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

To maintain a relaxing environment, please keep cell phones on silent or vibrate mode while in the spa. If you need to take a call, please step outside the treatment area.


Services & Promotions

Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions and special offers cannot be combined with other discounts or third-party gift certificates.

Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is at your discretion. For parties of five or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied.


Return Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products to complement your services. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as spa credit, which may be used toward services or products.
